Administrative file

All applicants must submit a complete administrative file.

  • A double-sided copy of a valid ID card, residence permit, or passport
  • A copy of the CESS (or provisional certificate if graduating in 2025)
  • If you hold a foreign diploma: Copies of your secondary school diploma (e.g. baccalaureate) and transcript, accompanied by the equivalence request/decision submitted within the prescribed deadlines (for first-cycle entry) for your diploma http://www.equivalences.cfwb.be
  • Proof of activity for the past 5 years via official documents (e.g. study certificates, transcripts, employer certificates, other attestations…) since the year of obtaining your access diploma (CESS or Bac).

  • If you have already completed one year of higher education in the French Community of Belgium: an Attestation of debt clearance from that institution
  • If you have already studied in higher education in Belgium: PSE health record
  • If you cannot provide documents proving your last 5 years of activity, and only in that case, a detailed sworn statement will be requested. Any omission is considered fraud.
  • Proof of payment of the €25 administrative fee, either by bank transfer or paid on-site (by card only, non-refundable):

For applicants entering a program during the cycle (B2, B3, M1):
In addition to the above documents, you must also submit:

  • Documents certifying successful completion of prior higher education: diplomas, certificates, transcripts… for each academic year completed

Non-EU nationals must apply for a student visa through the Belgian diplomatic authorities in their country of origin in order to stay in Belgium.
